    ok, simple question.. which state in U.S is the coldest state! [/b][/quote]
    im not going to bother because there is only really one cold state and i think we all know what state that is...hawii

    According to the site it is 0.00148 cm, but that was kinda impossible question so Ill give you a different one that is possible to figure out:
