Very much like your last one and the one before that, it all looks very rushed. It shows you have the skills but plan the template better and take much more time over it. As ghettolt said in the last thread, check out TemplateMonster for some inspiration.
gradients are not good for bg including the content area because you would have to change the font color continuesly which is a pain in the ass. try spending more time on it. Edit: you can also change by using correct english. its improve not emprove..
number one dude that template is a bit plain. It doesn't really look like a site with only that "banner" and then one big table under it. Suggestions: Try a side navigation bar to add another element to the page. I personally do not like the navigation. It's to big and too distracting. Try something a little simpler like a nav bar. Create a quality banner to go with your website and it's theme. The one that says your name is worthless to have and the planet one with some color adjustments isn't doing anything to help. Lastly, and this is only a personal preference. Your color scheme is not very good. The only real color you have is that bright green which is distracting and takes away from your sites message. Besides that you only have gray to black. Add some color and try not to use to many neon colors because, like I said, they are extremely distracting. I hope this helped you out/ Dave
My suggestions are that you give up on the green and that you do not use gradients on anything that may need expansion.
with CSS u can do a vertical gradient background... the thing is, u have to know how to do it, and it's SO ----ING SIMPLE.
