    ive read you need some rma code or something like that if you wanna send it back??

    You would RMA it and tell them that it was DoA (Dead on Arrival) and then you would send it back. When you RMA it, you have two choices, Refund (all your money back), or Replacement (exact same product). If you do a refund, they charge you 10% of the total on the product that you have returned. If you get another product in place of the one that you previously ordered, then you can email them up, and they will give you that 10% that they took previously, back.

    what are the chances of receiving a doa item if you live in california?

    about the same as if you lived anywhere else. they normally leave the the factory DOA...

    the two canadian sites i know of are:

    ncix.com

    and

    tigerdirect.ca

    they both can be rediculously priced on some items so it`s best to check both however i find ncix to be cheaper

    it's compareable, though typically a little more expensive.

    varies between items, and how would i knwo, typically people don't get statistics.

    I can tell you this though, with over 1500$ or so worth of purchases, I haven't had a DoA item yet...

    ncix is probably closer to newegg than Tigerdirect.

    hum parts in canda cost about 20% more... before taxes...

    sadly yeah, even though 1 CAD = .9USD these days we're still paying a ton more. Then add on anywhere from 6-16% taxes
