Really nice. Love the background image.
I'm curious as to how you'll code the navigation though, since it's not a straight one.

I'd help if I could in that department, but I for one wouldn't have a clue on how to do it.

So yeah, nice template. Perfect for blogging actually :D

The only thing I would say that definitely needs to change is the title of the blog.

The title should be designed to go with the theme rather than just being plain text.

But other than that... I like it.

Yah, I'm having issues with the aligning of the text for the top-right image Renagade. Until I could get that fixed, the text was going to stay simple like that.

Sanity: It's called a image map, and based on the little bit I read yesterday, it shouldn't be to hard. We'll see though :D Like I said, this is the first template I've coded. Initially, the slicing was all kids of screwed up. Once I figured that out though, the content was able to expand without creating a glitchy template. And yah, I'm thinking a blog would go great with this look. I've got about 80 templates sitting on my desktop that I own, so just going through them one by one and coding them, learning new things, etc.

Done a few subtle changes. The header now is properly in the top right corner of the page, along with a sub-header. What color do you think the content should be? I've also tried to line up the text the best I can with the lines of the actual notebook paper. Working on the image map now.

What do you mean about the colour of the content?

Updated, navigation is done. I meant the content: Lorem, etc of the actual website. Renagade said he didn't think it should be black, and I agree :)

    Thanks,

    Nice job on the navigation!
I actually think black would be the best option. Making it green to match the theme will be a bit too much imo.

Perhaps use a different font though, one that looks a bit more like handwriting. That will make the text fit better.

Hm.. if I can find a default font that's a bit more curly, i'll use it. Thanks Sanity :) I was so proud of myself, and my bud just shot me down and said 'I noticed you used photoshop' lol. Oh well, i'll get there =p

You should be restricted to a default font though.
There are ways to 'install' a font (through php I think) so that it preloads when someone visits the site. So that way you should be able to choose whatever font you like.
