I don't see any similarity to what you were originally given xD As for C&C: - your main light source is above and in front of her, yet there is light on the other side of her neck, where lighting is at its darkest. The render seems to demand that the light source come from bellow. - Her nose needs blending I like the background and text though :>
The sigs wer'nt supposed to be similar, lol, its a collab sig, so one members does a bit then another member does another bit etc etc etc. I also added the stock so you could see the light on the stock. You can see some of the original (the first sig) in the second sig if you look carefully. Thanks for the comments so far, more needed.
Looks like you just completely remade the tag, not much of a collab, but the outcome is pretty decent.
lol, yre maybe, the problem is he's a newbie at photoshop and im not so i was bound to do a little extra, thanks for the comments though.
i bet when you got given the .psd it was only 3-4 layers and indeed the onl thing i would edit change is the light as has been said already, other than the light source on her neck, its pritty sweet.
