A Bank

I've seen this at most other graphic sites, and you place an amount of credits in the bank, and at a certain time every day you have to log on and click collect credits, and you get 2% of what you had in. This is a good idea, cause it will increase activity, the amount of credits on gr, make a better "economy", and make people log in to collect credits will make the amount of members visit each day higher

if you did make a bank, dont make those ghey fees just keep it at a 2% intrest

 

People would make a lot off interest, the value of credits would drop. Won't it?

not realy to get 50 creds a day, you have to have 2,500 creds in the bank or something like that. which is hard, cause as soon as i get around 1,000, i spend it all and i dont think some1 would raise prices, cause we get 2% income a day

 

well you are talking as if you are bringing a new idea to the site , it had a bank for about 2 years , and that would make the value of credits drop

because thin i would get about 600 credits a day

Which is why this idea will never work, we haven't had one yet... doub't we will need one. The value of the credit will drop and the "one credit" won't be worth as much as it used to be worth. The rich would keep getting richer and the poor would get poorer because their original credit won't be worth the same.

Spending them does not mean the credits are removed from the market, they would just be transfered to another member, unless you are spending the credits in the bank, then they are removed from the system.

Using a bank system with interest would severely inflate the value of credits, more then they are currently. Our goals include increasing the value of credits by removing some from the system. If there were to be a bank there would most likely either be no withdrawal fee or interest, or just a withdrawal fee.

 

the idea has been introduced too many times.
im pretty sure they cant cause of some conflict with other mods or something + the intrest stuff.

 

a mod already said there was going to ba a bank.

Yes, but the details of exactly how it will be run have not been discussed yet. We don't know if we will have a depost/withdrawal fee and if there is what %, details like that.

 

Yes we are talking about bringing the bank back, however the details are being worked out.
