Looks like a 10 min sig. The background has no flow and has nothing to do with the render. The render itself has flow, a vertical one which is not that nice and really ruins the render. I cannot have a look at his arm for example. The text you added to the 'signature' really does not fit. There is no light source as well which should come from the top right if you considerthe lighting on his head. really looks like a 10 or even 5 minute sig, could filter in the bg, wind filter on the render, add some text.
