I really hate the scanlines effect...and the little purple on her hair is out of place.

Other than that, nice tag

 

ok fixed i did the pink on accident

 

Looks much better without the lines. Effects are nice i just think it could use a little color, looks a bit bland to me.. gj on the rest though

 

I think you could work on the Bg depth a bit
I have no clue what is scan-line is what so ever

Version without scan-lines is better tough.

 

Just to show you guys what i actually did

in this sig i tried to add depth so thats why i didnt put detailinto the back as much. It was like supposed to be a picture like how the back is blurry when you zoom up close. Thank you for the comments though ill work on everything
