Cool, tests don't usually stress me out but maybe I'll use some of the tips.

7 Tips To MAXIMIZE Exam Stress

1 get plenty of sleep - in class
2 don't stufy right before the test, studies show it doesn't help, heck while you're at it don't study period
3 eat a good breakfast, preferably oen good enough to make you late to school so you're in a rush for the rest fo the day.
4 remember it isn't the end of the world if you fail, but it is going to ---- up your life hardcore for atleast a little while, even longer if ti is a final, AP test, or the SAT/ACT
5 smacking your head on a wall helps
6 try to **** the teacher and ask her if she'll adjust test grades - this will either work very well or very bad
7 masterate while taking the test, be aware fo your surroundings and dont' get caught
