    i am not very good at Anime...I know it needs more, I just can't figure out what though...sorry.

    Goku needs to be blended into the background more (I.E his shoulders, and the black lines around his hair)

    well you could duplicate the render layer
    then smudge the bottom layer ... lots of ways to do it
