Maybe turn down your graphics(the video like change it to 800*600)(it should give you some options) or maybe turn some graphics DOWN as in deatail and stuff like that

Similar thing happened to me once before. Just go to the website of your video card manufacturer and download the latest drivers/cpanel.

OR, if you already have the newest, try downloading an older version of your graphics card driver. It worked for me ;)

How much RAM do you have?

It could have to be with the Virtual Memory, but I am not positive.

How can his computer not support the graphics? The only reason why it wouldn't is because of the RAM or something.

what ram and latency is it, plus is your power supply true power graphics drivers i dont think would cause this prob your connection is slow so it might be the result of the server and computer alligning but u may have a bottle neck prob with ram.
