I had the same problem with my.audio 100 headphones. On the bottom right near the clock there sound be that little sound icon double click it. Then go to proporties and choose the hardware that you pluged the headphones into. Go to recording and make sure u have microphone checked. Press ok. Now if you don't see it go to file>advanced. Look at the microphone and under it 'select' sould be checked.
