40x 40x Pic

    omfg im tryng to get a 40x 40x pic to load it to good tuts but everytime i do it says its bigger then 15 k ive tried it like 30 times ive made it smaller cut all the image but the part in the 40x40x its pissing me off ive lowerd the quality everything you can think of grrrrrrrrr please any help maybe there is a different way to save or something

    Just save it as .jpg and when choosing quality check at the bottom what it says the filesize says,

    Make it a PNG file. They're extremely small and almost-perfect quality. Trust me.
