THE TOP 40

REASONS TO DOUBT THE OFFICIAL STORY OF SEPTEMBER 11, 2001
…an outline in simple talking points…

(April 9th 2006)

INTRODUCTION

Competing Paradigms: Official story, inside job, unanswered questions.

Isn't this just conspiracy theory and why should I care?

The fate of constitutional government and the danger of a new 9/11.

THE DAY – EVIDENCE OF COMPLICITY

1) The national chain of command went AWOL during the attacks.

2) a: The US air defense system failed to follow standard procedure for diverted flights.

b: Timelines - Official explanations for the failure conflict, such that several officials must have lied.

c: Was there an air defense standdown? Did wargames serve as the cover for an inside job?

THE DAY – ANOMALIES AND QUESTIONS

3) How did a failed Cessna pilot execute the Pentagon attack?

4) When did Flight 93 crash? Was it shot down? Do cell phones work at 30,000 feet?

5) How many hijackings were attempted? How many flights diverted?

6) What caused the collapse of a third skyscraper, WTC 7, which was not hit by a plane?

7) Were the Twin Towers and WTC 7 brought down by explosives?

FOREKNOWLEDGE & ADVANCE PLANNING

8) US military rehearsed all elements of the 9/11 scenario in advance – and on the day.

9) a: Foreign agencies and individuals informed US government of coming attack in detail.

b: Prominent people received warnings not to fly.

10) Able Danger Plus - Alleged hijackers were long under surveillance by US and allied authorities.

11) FBI officials systematically suppressed field investigations of potential terrorists - as the Moussaoui case has shown once again.

12) a: Whether by Bush or Clinton: Why is Osama always allowed to escape?

b: Where was he in July 2001? Where was he on September 10, 2001?

THE 9/11 COVER-UP, 2001-2006

13) The most important Osama Bin Ladin video is a fake and the State Department's translation of it is fraudulent.

14) Identities of alleged hijackers remain unresolved – did they have doubles?

15) Insider Trading – Widespread reports of profiteering based on 9/11 foreknowledge suppressed.

16) Poisoning New York – The White House deliberately lied about the toxic air at Ground Zero.

17) Anthrax, Timing and Targeting – Mailings of weapons-grade anthrax from US military stock, to Democratic leaders only?

18) Disposing of the Crime Scene – The rapid and illegal scrapping of Ground Zero.

19) "No one could have imagined," "Iraq did 9/11" – A record of official lies.

20) The Pakistani ISI money connection and the US Congressional investigation.

21) Saudi connections, Bush family business, the "Bin Ladin Airlift."

22) Radio Silence – Cover-up of how Motorola's faulty radios caused firefighter deaths.

23) a: Hush Money – Accepting victims' compensation barred families from discovery through litigation.

b: Judge Hallerstein – All those who refuse compensation and pursue litigation will have their cases

consolidated under the same judge (and as a rule dismissed).

24) Unanswered Questions – Official investigations almost entirely snubbed the 9/11 family queries.

25) Obstruction of Justice After the Fact: Airplane black boxes found at Ground Zero, but are disappeared. US officials consistently destroyed or suppressed evidence, blocked justice, intimidated and sanctioned whistleblowers like Sibel Edmonds and Anthony Shaffer, and promoted the officials who supposedly "failed" (like Myers, Eberhard and Frasca).

26) The Final Fraud – The 9/11 Commission, conflicts of interest, omissions and distortions in The 9/11 Commission Report .

27) Spitzer Redux – NY Attorney General snubs pleas to open 9/11 criminal case.

28) NIST Omissions – Twin Tower collapse investigation left with almost no forensic evidence; fails to even test for the possibility of explosives.

GEOPOLITICS AND POSSIBLE MOTIVES

29) "The Great Game" - Afghanistan invasion was ready for Bush's go-ahead on September 9, 2001.

30) The Need for a "New Pearl Harbor" - Project for a New American Century, plans for world domination, the intent to invade Iraq long in advance of September 11, 2001, and the attempt to tie Iraq to 9/11.

31) Carte-blanche for an open-ended, global and perpetual "War on Terror."

32) Attacking the Bill of Rights - USA PATRIOT Act written before 9/11.

33) 2.3 Trillion Dollars – Plunder at the Pentagon?

34) More Trillions - Predictable shift of spending to war, "homeland security" and related industries.

35) Did 9/11 prevent a stock market crash? Were the SEC offices intentionally destroyed?

36) Is peak oil a motive for 9/11 as inside job?

37) The "Little Game" – Why was the WTC privatized just before its destruction?

HISTORY

38) "Al-CIA-da?" - The longstanding CIA relationship to "Al-Qaeda," in context.

39) Was 9/11 an update of the Pentagon's "Project Northwoods" plan for false-flag terror attacks in the United States? Historical precedents for governments sponsoring "synthetic terror" attacks, fabricating the cause for war, creating their own enemies, and sacrificing their own citizens for "reasons of state."

40) The criminal record of the Bush regime principals: From October Surprise to Iran-Contra to PNAC.
