Some of those are really interesting. I never knew more than half of them. But... Actually, people say bless you because of the plague. The plague caused sneezing and when they said bless you, they mean to give a blessing from God. Just to ensure the sneezing wasn't caused by them catching the plague. What about Oceania? North America and South America don't either. In fact, only 4 out of 7 continents in the world follow that quote.
