Okay, I know new games that we have today are available for the 360 & PC (COD 2, Battlefield 2, etc.). But my friend is having trouble of choosing which to go with. At first, he wanted to go with PC games because it kicks ass, but then he changed his mind for a 360 because the same reason: the games. For example; Call of Duty 2 are available for both PC and Xbox 360. If you had to choose between two versions, which one would you go for and why. I want your feedback about this. Which system do you think is much better to play the hottest games even if games are available for both? I really need some answers so my friend can be money-wise, you know.

I like the PC for all FPS's i feel i have more control, there are larger servers and there is so much more you can do while in game and out, so for anything other than driving i say go with the PC.

Okay. That's one vote for the PC. Anybody else would like to give feedback on this?

    PC

i think the computer for playing games is just better.

Also you can burn the CD and if it gets scratched you can replace it.

But i aint good at X-Box or PC but thats my decision

Well... being the hardcore gamer that i am  lol

I'm not going to turn around and bash the living sh!t out of PC gaming like a pathetic xbox fan-b0y..

I love PC gaming... mainly for RTS's but the occasional FPS is good aswell..

But to be honest.. if the same game is on both PC and X360... theres no doubt..... i'd opt. for playing this "game" on the X360, hands-down

Console gaming is more conveenient, and having played the Xbox360 everyday for almost 2 weeks now, both offline nd online... i can safely say that it kicks the PC's arse(if your comparing the same game on the 2 different platforms)

Just put the disk in.. and play

Thats what it comes down to in my book.. the simplicity of it all.... no having to install a game before ya play... no going down to the local PC shop and having to by the latest "bla-bla card" because the PC game u saved up, long and hard for can't run on your current system specs <_<

Like.... sure enough on a PC, u can run "Photoshop" in the background while u play a game...

    Sure enough :

But all that doesn't mean sh!t when talkin' about the over-all... pure gaming experience

Xbox 360 takes the cake ^_^

    PC.

The PC is better than any console, although it is more expensive.

Ok well, for all FPS games i say computer because you have so much more control on your mouvement and aiming accuracy. I wont say like some people said the graphics are better on pc because i play Cod2 on my computer and the graphics are nice, but when i went to play it on the Xbox 360 i was BLOWN away from the nicly done grapchis of it.

For all other games like racing games, sports game, fighting , etc. I say console because like i said before you have more control with a controler, but if you have a controller on your computer then i would go for computer. The other up side about consoles games is that you dont always have to buy the game to play you can go rent some!

Anyways this is my verdict. If you live alone and dont mind spending money, PC

But if you live with your parent, like me, and dont have that much money, i would say console for all game accept FPS

Hmm...I am getting some votes for PC and Xbox 360. I haven't told my friend on what games he plays. But you know what? I think he's a FPS gamer. Everytime I go to his house, he plays nothing but FPS games all day (on his regular Xbox).
