Imo that sux hard, because just today quite some people helped me (nah they helped me yesterday, but i wasnt on for logn then) so i repped some people, and now i see this weird rule?
This 'weird' rule helps keep people from mass abusing the -reputation feature if their trying to get banned or piss people off. It also prevents reputation abuse for people offering -reputation. It gives the global moderators & adminstrators time to hunt down such things and stop them from getting worst. BFTP
It makes reputation more valuable. People will not just +/- rep someone for the sake of it, if they only have a limited amount of reputation to give out then they will do so more wisely.
ahh.. so thats why so many people have said there [+] repping me, but havn't done so. Imo not the best rule, or atleast should be raised abit.
Also you don't need to rep loadz of people at one time so this also should not be a problem. Sorry if i sound as a member of staff sorry!
do it in brackets like (+) and another reason u carnt rep loads of times is because some1 could make 2 accounts and keep on repping ther current account
I am actually all for this, maybe put it up to 5 though? Also when you type the plus sign and it turns into a - is so that people cant ask for a plus rep
