What I dislike about this most is that the director seems to be new at directing films. So, unless he is a natural, this movie will bomb.
i agree not to mention this just seems like so many other zombie type movies lets just hope 28 Months Later is out of the picture
i thought 28 Days Later was really pretty good one of the better zombie movies of the 20th Century. But with this new 28 Weeks Later the zombies look pretty different than what they looked like in 28 Days Later, where they looked a lot more natural looking than with all that crap they have on their faces now. What I don't understand is they put the actor "Robert Carlyle" (The Full Monty) in this horror movie, why not use the remaining actors from 28 Days Later then start to introduce new characters, that way it would seem better and smoother. To start off a new chapter not even close to where 28 Days Later left off is just too damn stupid. Ugh damn these directors, they make it right the first time but then the second time they just funk it up...
More like damn these people who make a sequel and not use the original director. I LOVED 28 Days Later. Probably my favorite recent "zombie" movie. But 28 Weeks Later looks like crap, and will probably be a failure compared to 28DL. I just hope it doesn't suck that much.
Is this like a sequel to 28 Days Later? Okay, guess it is. I liked 28 Days Later, probably the best zombie movie I had seen besides Shaun of the Dead So I think it might be worth watching this.
