Well, i have just got a phone call from my boyfriend a few minutes ago, his older sister has just died, she had cancer for a while now. I didn't know her too well, only met her a couple of times but she was a lovely and caring woman. Though i didn't know her very well, im still pretty upset and thought i would take the time to write it down to see if it helps. I don't want this to get out of this section, i don't want any sympathy or stupid remarks from some of the members on here. I just want to take the time to say that she will be missed by many, her family and friends.

R.I.P Julie, you will be missed ;(

It's good to let out the emotions on a forum where you have friends who are here for you. I know it;s not easy to have people u know die, or even people u don't know, but someone you love does.

It'll get easier, not saying it's alright to have people pass on, but don't let it bring you or your mate down, because she would only want the best for you two, like you said she's a caring women.

Get better Kirbs, do something today, go out and get some icecream at the parlour, or go do something...bad times only get easier from easy contradictions. :)

I know how you feel hun.

My GF's half sister died a few years ago just after we were going out. She also passed away from cancer, i think she was in her early 30's, she left behind two boys both younger then myself.

Its never easy, all you can do is lend a shoulder. Be there to hear anything they have to say, at the end of the day even the toughest bloke crys so wether or not your there when it happens.

I always kicked my self for not going to her funeral because i didnt feel like it was my place, being that we were not going out that long a year or so ( i was still young 16 or 17, & felt our relationship was percieved from some family members as " oh its just a teen thing, so whys he here ? " ) And i made the BAD decission not to be there when i was needed. So if your asked, give more thought then i did in making your decision.

Im always here if you need a chat too hun.

Thanks guys, i spent the whole of yesterday and today with him, i would have stayed the night again tonight but his mum is being stupid as per, lol..

He is fine, im going to see him again tomorrow, he had a good cry at her bedside yesterday in the hospital after everyone else had left, he also spoke about it all yesterday with me. I will definitely be going to the funeral with him to support and cuddle him. We have been to funerals together before, make sure the other person is ok and to be there for each other.

His sister was just 43 years old, she left behind a few children who will miss her a ton.

Ive been getting annoyed at his mother alot but i won't go into that...

We went for a drive today, got out of the house and stuff, it was nice. Weve cuddled alot and spoke alot, he knows im always here if and when he needs me. :)

Again thank you guys, i appreciate it.
