    Is there a tutorial on that style for ps7?

    u cant smudge in ps7 because u cant scatter smudge in ps7, ill send u the PSD if i win :D

    you can smudge in ps7. I do, the scatter doesnt work, ubt theres ways around it

    oh my bad, well all i know is u cant "Scatter" Smudge like actually u know like click scatter

    Yeah the contest of my picture is open till monday at 10 p.m. and the kanye is open till tuesday at 10 p.m.

    Can I still enter? I can make some pretty good VECTOR sigs... you only have that spatter one so far... noone made you a vector one, can I?
