There are, its just the mainstream media (murdoch owned) isn't reporting on it. Congressman Dr Ron Paul (Rep) is running. A Vietnam veteran, who has an impeccible track record, who was against the war with Iraq from the start and the patriot act and wants to avoid any war with Iran too. He is a true patriot in every sense of the word.

Google Ron Paul. I don't know if I can post a link to his site as it might constitute advertising on the site. Perhaps admin can clarify that?

If I was American.. he would get my vote without question.

obama would get my vote if my 18th weren't in december of 08 haha! he seems like a levelheaded guy who wants what's best for the country. although i'm sure lots of people might have a problem with a black man being president, which is rather sad in my opinion, but i guess everyone's entitled to their own.

I'm up here in Canada so your guy's stuff kind of effects us. I hope that whoever gets voted:
    -Resolves this fuggin war.
-Isn't a huge asshole (not saying bush is)
-Doesn't add onto America's already low reputation
-Is an overall good person. period.

Basically anyone could run, race, gender, anything can be thrown out the window. America just wants someone besides Bush.

I think Clinton will get it, she ran the country pretty well when she was in before. lol! As racist as it sounds (which I am not) this country is not ready for a black president. To many good ol boys in the senate. Give it a few years. Someone said there were less people that died when Bill was in. Thats true. Not as many is the key phrase look at his track record.
