first is too messy and oversharpened. I really like the 2nd one.

 

i agree, if the first one was less sharp and had a bit more flow to it , it would be awesome.

as for the second one, well done, the flow on that one is great my only suggestion is the border maybe? haha but thats just stretching it

but the text coud use some work imo
blend it a bit and decrease the size
