Both tags very similar. I like version one because I like the render more. You hid it a little too much though. Your flow is very off, you have things going from bottom right to upper left, and vice-versa. Text is alright, very simple, but i guess it works. Also, your colors are very monotonous. You should add effects and backgrounds depending on your render's color, instead of coloring the whole tag completely when finished.
