I would assume so. I cannot think of anything good. I had one shot in mind but it's not Winner of Photography Competition #17 material.

Yeah, whatever relates to christmas in general.
But you can also take a pic of what you associate with Christmas personally (and provide us with some extra info about that then)

this will be kind of a difficult one for me I guess as in florida nothing really to xmas comes to life cept lights and tree's we dont get snow and nothing to winter like to effect. might have to think out of the box on this one.

It's better to think outside of the box anyway. You get more originality that way :).

I'll try to think outside of the box on this one to get a different take on Christmas, but it all depends.

Just go by the sports photographer's philosophy: take hundreds of pictures of the game while waiting for "the one". In other words, take a bunch of not spectacular pictures while trying to find the perfect picture. That way you still have something to submit :)

I have a back-up idea in case I don't get a photo I want. The back-up idea is actually my only 'good' idea at the moment, but I don't want to do it.

I don't have any great ideas right now... All my creativity is being focused on getting a portfolio done this week so I might have a paid internship over the summer. Oh how great that would be. I don't have very many photos that demonstrate my skill in the right area though, so that's what I'm working on now...

I didn't even notice my neighbors had Christmas lights up until today, lol. We'd normally be getting our tree at the end of this week, but we want to have a tree here when my bro gets home in January, so we're waiting until Christmas Eve to chop one down. Might have to use something other than Christmas decorations :P

Evil food, if you hit quote in another thread and post elsewhere several minutes later, it'll slap that quote right in there, even if you don't want it to! (evil food = opposite of holy crap)

SP is probably laughing at us. It's like putting candy and kids in the same room, and then putting bulletproof glass between them. This topic is too hard. :(

i agree. its like there's so many xmas things but you dont want to be too generic? its a tough holiday lol. and socsaint atleast you can chop a tree ;) we get ours every year from the same people every year. the live up north somewhere lol. oh the joys of florida. xmas is like the hardest thing to really find and capture around here i guess. we dont get the winter feel like u guys do with leaves different colours or no leaves. its just a lil colder not as bright ;p thats all it is lol.

Show me Christmas in a way that I haven't thought of :P. There's plenty of material; it's how you use it. :)
