    Well... when Jess and I broke up... about... a month earlier she tested positive. I don't have any clue if she had a kid or anything, she certainly never bothered to tell me.

    Not as common in the states as it is in Europe, the kids in the US get just as much publicity as well (see: the girl on maury... and like every other talk show).
