I can do reviews. Here is a sample and if you wish you can have it.
As if Socom II didn't get your blood rushing, the folks at SOE just released Socom III. The game comes equiped with action packed missions from beginning to end. Playstation 2, criticised for it's lack of FPS is bound to put itself back on the shooters market. Socom III is played with a standard third person view but has an optional First person view point as well.
If you don't find joy in shredding your enemies to peices with the M16, this release features land and water based vehicles. So, if guns aren't your primary mode of assault, hop in one of the Humvees and blast, shoot, or run over your enemy for the ultimate gaming experience.
Although Socom III is arguable the best shooter released for the Ps2 to this date, it does have it's downs. For one, you are provided with a Seal Team (Able and Bravo) who from the moment you begin playing shoot worse then you. Also the A.I. couldn't be easier to pick off, often times laying down in wide open areas or not reacting to shoots fired.
This game, however, has a single purpose, and that's to be played online. The server allows for up to 32 players per game and at any given time has at least 20,000 players on. Play anything from Competitive, Cooperative, and Team Oriented game modes. As if giving you the choice of equiping your character with rocket launchers wasn't enough, the developers allow you to fully customize your guns. Attachment range from scopes, supressors, red dot, rifle stand, and many others to give you the ultimate shooting experience.
