Devils are my team, yet im from BC, Canada.... I am pretty much obsessed with them. I have spent well over $3,000 on merchandise(used sticks, signed jerseys, etc.), and am going to see a Devils game in New Jersey next season(considering for the last 7 years, they havent played in Vancouver) Elias, Gomez, Gionta... always on fire, and backed with Brodeur, im expecting an easy advance to the finals. A 3-0 lead against the Rangers, and a 14 game winning streak, right off a shut-out further leads me to believe they will retain their rightful "ownership" of the Stanley Cup.... The Western team is a hard choice for me, but i've narrowed it down to the underdogs; Oilers, or the Flames. Sharks are also a contender, but the rest of the conference i see no competition. Dallas has played poorly, and Turco has not shown his seasonal play. Avalanche are struggling, but passing, against a struggling team... no chance of getting past 3rd round. Although Kipper lost a game, he still holds to power to bring his team to the finals, so the Ducks are done Kariya had a big first game, but hasnt done much since, and the Preds are out... Sharks got a good line-up, especially with Cheechoo, but they're not really shinning right now. And last, but not least... the underdogs, Oilers, have played well against the top of the West, and have shown great team work. Devils vs Oilers : Finals If you predict the final matchups, and you're correct, i will give you some credits... say 20. Make it a fun game.

for west im hoping to see calgary in finals, i remeber back v4 the shutout my WHOLE TOWN had a calgary flames banner on their car. man the craze was amazing but too bad we lost anyyways east im hopin senators
Flames shoulda had the cup when they played against Lighting... the refs were ----ing bogus. That goal should not have been waved off... it was all fair.
I predict Devils vs Sharks. I'm totally roooting for the Ducks (live near L.A.) and I have alwyas loved the sharks (used to live near san jose).

i have to back my home team i go for our lacrosse team (because it just kicks ass, and i love lacrosse), dont care for the nuggets or the broncos, and i dont really watch the other sports enough to care lol
