It looks good, but you can definitely tell which tutorial you followed.
The canvas size is way too small, you can't even see any effects. The blurring is also very off.

I like the blur, bit its a bit too strong. Try toning it down a bit.
The lighting is off and too strong and the colors are very bland.
It looks really low quality throughout...
