I know you take the lasso tool around your render and right click the feather then cntrl shift and something else, Ive tried it before but it...

I actually love this. It's simple but not boring imo. If the main background was not all white and some very light color to it it'd be wonderful...
I like the look of this, but hate the colors. Pretty good.
