I love Adriana Lima, I've used her in a bunch of tags. This doesn't look anything like her though, and I agree with what Kiyaa said.
They're monotone and very repetitive. I'm not really a fan of the effects or backgrounds like everyone else, they seem kind of uninspiring to me....
Not feeling the text or the orange line across the bottom, but everything else looks good.

Very flat, colors don't work at all, nor do the swirls. Tone down the topaz a little too.
