Looks like chaos in it's right place. maybe not so bright light in the middle, but overall I like it.
@ Eddie; Try to smooth the edges or something, or just make clolours flow a bit. still it's a nice start.
I kinda like it, but I would love to see the "pothead" more visible, it looks a bit rushed yeah, but just make the guy stand out a bit more and it...
If you have no experience with Photoshop, and this is you outcome... It's pretty good! A good concept, but maybe put some more detail to the guy,...
