im not feeling the flow on the 1st one, i think the c4d on the right throws it off completely and you should consider making it a background...

light source, color transition, and depth need a LITTLE bit of work.. but the composition is brilliant and the overall idea is very nice =] ooohh...
left side - sick, but the right side completely disturbs the flow and doesn't add to depth because there is no transition in it.. try to work on...
