here's a tip, if you are using photoshop- when your resizing the image, hold shift to scale the picture proportionally.
besides, its clearly not vectored; look at the edges of the bottom right arrow, all pixalated.
While there is nothing very technical and flashy about it, it flow's very well. Infact if you didnt mention that you made it, I would have thought...
