Does anyone have a link to download IBStore 2.8. I have 3.0.2 but I need one that works with IPB 1.3.
DNS error would mean it can't use find the sites IP using the nameservers. Check that you have those set correctly.
Try opening the backup and manually uploading the ipb files with ftp.
Separate names with a comma.
