This is my first render and I posted it in the renders and got a lot of compliments so I decided to check if it is prem. So if I get compliments...
I would cut the blue part into a new layer and try to replicate the glow. If you can't do it I'll try later. ^_^

I think it looks okay, but you should use the lasso or pen. I personally use the lasso while selecting the in the center of the outer layer of pixels.
Separate names with a comma.
