I added him and its all sorted out, he doesnt have FTP acsess, so noone can do this.
well, for one, you didnt even have the same options highlighted as him... look to the far left of his pic, theres a thing thats highlighted that...
or you might have to go to view->actual pixels cause the same thing happend to me, except everything was small, and that fixed it.
you have to edit the mysql_queries file.

could be one of a few things, maybe thats your background layer? maybe you need to do it on a blank layer? add a new layer and try it. and...
