all u need to do its ask the ISP and ask y ur connection its running slow ... its nothing to do with ur computer....
dont disable windown firewall .... dosnt affect ur connection ..... what type of connection u got ? Cable ? DSL ? Dial Up ?
open a port its very dangerous .... hackers could easily sent u virus .... since u have ur port open .. its like a firewall ... u turn it off ur...
