    That way makes it semi-blurry. Just do: New Layer > Edit > Apply Image (Normal settings) Ctrl + A > Edit > Stroke > 1 px black (normally).

    Photoshop Problem

    Sometimes PS just freezes. Just save it, exit out, and re-open. If you can't save, do a PRNT SCRN and paste in PS after you exit/reopen.
