I think the blending could use some improvements. Looks like her arm just abruptly becomes covered with the blue effects Text is pretty cool :)

V1 is best, blurring is off on V2, and text isn't good in V3 Overall it's a decent tag, but definitely not one of your bests. Could use something...

Sorry but you have much better work The FG and BG effects seem odd, and too many clashing colors. I would like to see you work more with this...
No for now, 7th tag and 2D Island LP are nice though. He has potential IMO, just needs more experience.
I only like his third tag.. But for someone with that amount of experience should have a lot better work IMO For now I say no, not too sure about...
