the pic isnt really blended in to me...its 1 color, vs a 2 color BG, fix that, fix the font, its too childish. Blend the text in and you will be...
i was using ps, and i hit sumthing by accident, and now, when i used to be able to see the brushes, b4 i brush, its like a lil crosshair, ne1 know...

go with version 4, more mature professional look, instead of the i jus threw this togerhter look. it is very ncie, and has a hi-teck contemporary...
i give it a 5/10....cuz basically, it is the brush heavy scratch, and contrast, then a render and some pretty easy animation.
