I actually really like the effects, but the shadow on the stocks face could be lightened because it's just too overwhelming. :(
Try sharpening Version 1 once and see what you get, don't really like the blurryness of it.

Yeah, it's indeed too dark and the BG is almost plain black which makes it look dull. :(
