hmm its too single colored.try something with multi colored bgs . also the text doesnt have much on it. use some good effects , bevel and emboss...
the sig is alright. you could use more depth in the sig. also I wouldnt put that outer glow there.The blending isnt bad , but the pic and bg dont...
