The font on the nav is way to bif, i also dont like the shape of the nave, kinda out of place.

Pretty much what he said, the text and the nav bar is way to big, try making it a bit thinner and fixing the text. other than that its really good...
They both look vary nice but the 2nd one looks a little plain to me.
