Very nice!! I like that content text :) The navigation could be smaller tho.. And NEVER use Iframes! (if not necessary :))
You should take your time to really learn atleast HTML by heart. I use notepad to code stuff.

If not iframes, use divs and css. Alot better and easier than using tables, more professional, too!
There are accually lots of things like how fast the site is loaded. eg. It will load much faster if you use .css. Also, the website has to look...
