It's an abstract, but it does seem to lack body... of course, the technique would go well inside an unfinished tag.
Sort of, but there aren't too many layers on the tags anyway. It shouldn't be hard at all to find your way around the psd without labeled layers.

Layers are not labelled, sorry. But I'm sure you can find them merely by ticking and unticking the visibility eye in photoshop.
