Sorry, I don't like either. They have poor composition, flow and depth. and they're too bright. They aren't really recognizable as being anything.

Fix the blending, colour and text. Also, the negative space throws off the composition.
I put the shadow there because it adds perspective to the text, making it look more like part of the scene, rather than an element pasted on top.
It lacks depth and the render is waaaay oversharpened, but the colour is great, and compo is perfect. Could do with some text, too.

Text is terrible, the rest is great.
Flow is what guides your eye to the focal point on the sig. Depth makes the signature look 3d. Right now it looks flat.
