Your lighting is off on the car. And the border and text are bad. Just read up on some tuts and you'll get good.

The colors don't go well with the sig but the effects are kick ass i would try and add a griendt map or something.

The thing i do is a look at all the great sigs even some of the good sigs and take ideas from them and combine into my own. Maybe this can help you.

im not diggin the black light on the bottom left side. It just doesnt seem to flow well i think keep workin at it though your close.
