I like number 2 better myself.
I like the sig a lot, but would like to see some color in it as well.
Not really liking this one, though I do want to say I love the captain america sig, and the other current is really good as well.
I like two better but the greyscale doesn't cut it.
Well you can access the tools and effects so you're heading down the right path. Pick up some tutorials and try to learn one type at a time....
I don't think it's all that bad, I think the text might look better if it was inlaid with a silver/metallic blue maybe to match the render.
It's a little plain in my opinion. Cut out sigs can look really nice if time are put in them. Try adding some depth to the background other than...

I think that's the best out of them all. Nice work, it's good to see stages, and the placement of the electricity effect works really well.
I think the text would look better on the left near the smudging and clipping. Over all I love the sig though.
Second one is much better, I'd add the neck effect from the first one to it in a light color and see how it looks.
When you use a marquee tool of any type, make sure anti-aliased is checked. It will smooth out cuts.
I like the sig, but text isn't very legible.
I like the uniqueness, for me it's too bright, I'd try messing with the contrast and shadow it down a bit maybe for my tastes.
I think something like that would go good on the left side of our posts...in our stat section as a background.
Nice, I like this one, there are some odd horizontal lines in the white brushing though.
Top one is cool, bottom one not so much.
Make sure you have AA checked when making selections to cut. .png will show partial transparency that AA creates and make it look smoother.
I'd try updating it a bit, for an anime sig it works, but I think it could use more detail.

Definately a lot of nice sigs in there.
I just don't like it, the motion blur doesn't fit the render. I like the marvel sig of yours a lot better mate.
