7/10, its pretty decent, I like the flow around it, the lines are overdone a bit 6/10, Text needs a little work IMO and I dont like whats kinda...

Good exercises in there, me, I do push ups and pull ups etc, I think the best way to work out is to pull your own weight. Stables you out more.
