the text is pretty bland and out of place, as is the render, he's not blended very well. background looks nice
yea, hat is choppy, numbers behind him as well, and his left arm. thats all the major choppiness i can see.
definitely an improvement, face look sharper, the tag now seems to focus more on him, rather than what looked like lens flare to me

to much of a contrast between the left and right, and some of your bright spots are to bright, pure white, like the right side of his head.
for me, its all a little to smudged up and not coloured enough, u got good depth and lighting but there just isnt much happening, to smudged/blurred.
